What is Reshire?
Reshire is India's next-generation AI-powered student placement portal and a complete ERP for colleges. Colleges provision every student with AI resume building, ATS analysis, mock interviews, coding assessments, learning materials and portfolios — while the placement cell manages students, faculty, hiring and analytics in one place.
How do students get access?
Students are invited by their college — there's no public self-signup. The placement cell imports students (or adds them individually) and shares login credentials. Students then sign in and get their full AI toolkit.
What do students get?
AI resume builder with ATS scoring, AI mock interviews, coding assessments and a live code playground, portfolio hosting, a job search feed, and study materials shared by their faculty — all in one student workspace.
What does the placement cell / college get?
A full ERP console: manage students and faculty, role-based permissions, generate and publish learning materials, run quizzes and assessments, and track placement readiness — with each college fully isolated on its own tenant.
Is our data secure and private?
